For every month you receive your monthly subscription order, you also get free samples from LifeWave's most popular products, for 11 months, one sample pack per month. To make the most of your monthly experience, it helps to keep a few simple habits in mind, recommended for every type of patch. Wear your patches for 12 hours, then take a 12-hour break, because this is the recommended rhythm, day after day. Stay hydrated, since water and electrolytes support your body's proper function and the best possible experience with the patches. Be consistent, because results build up over time, just like any good habit, which is exactly why samples arrive month after month: so you build a real routine, not just try a product once.
